Coordenador de Manutenção (VITÓRIA ES) 

RESPONSIBILITIES (=) MAIN TASKS (+)
= Develop, implement, maintain and improve the Maintenance, Spares and Planning Strategy for specific assigned operation(s).
= Responsible for the management and administration of the CMMS for the assigned operation.
= Responsible to keep the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) “as built” and up to date.
= Ensure correct use of the CMMS system by personnel in the assigned operation.
= Responsible for the scheduling of maintenance activities, overhauls and shutdowns to avoid conflicting activities, keep the resource requirements within the available PoB and align with material availability.
= Responsible for coordinating the “Risk Based” maintenance/spares studies and processes and their correct implementation into the CMMS, based on, and in accordance with, the maintenance and equipment strategies.
+ Coordinate on a daily basis the ongoing offshore maintenance activities and provide general maintenance advice and assistance in order to prevent excessive backlogs or downtime.
+ Optimise the number of Safety Critical work orders and expedite the close out of these routines to minimise backlog.
+ Coordinate the scheduling of campaign maintenance activities (e.g. EX, PSV recertification and painting).
+ Optimise equipment maintenance strategies in order to maximise reliability whilst minimising the cost of maintenance. 
+ Ensure that the resource requirements of the maintenance routines in the CMMS are consistent with the resources available.
+ Maximise productivity through the alignment / grouping of maintenance routines.
+ Coordinate unit specific Maintenance Plans and look ahead to meet Asset objectives through a 12 week plan including the management of third party scopes required for mobilization offshore.
+ Coordinate with Operations Engineer(s) to ensure that all third party work scopes have sufficient work packs, work orders and materials before mobilization and that reporting of work when complete is recorded in CMMS before or after demobilization. 
+ Ensure the CMMS work orders meet the requirements of the Safety Case Performance Standards and applicable regulations (e.g. ABS Survey requirements).
+ Ensure compliance with local legislation and industry best practice by actively monitoring changes and trends. Advise Operations Manager of risks and opportunities associated with compliance and implement agreed solutions.
+ Take ownership of the CMMS and verify and approve before implementation into the CMMS all deliverables related to the Tag Register, Location and Functional Hierarchy after projects or major modifications.
+ Verify and approve before implementation into the CMMS the results Functional Criticality Assessment (FCA).
+ Ensure preservation, maintenance and inspection work orders are scheduled in time following the project commissioning hand over, voyage and first oil requirements.
+ Management of Change of the CMMS up to ‘as built’ and hand over to operations and during operations: initiating PMCRs and changes identified on new revisions of design documents.
+ Follow up on Hazop and Design review actions that require mitigation through spares, inspection and or maintenance.
+ Ensure that the CMMS is aligned with other integrity and regulatory tools and maintain the interfaces.
+ Organize and when required provide CMMS training for crew and shore base personnel.
+ Interrogate CMMS identify and opportunistic work that could be carried out on machinery if it was down unexpectedly.
+ Provide periodic CMMS/Spares progress reports.


JOB REQUIREMENTS 
HNC level qualification or equivalent in an associated business or Engineering discipline. 
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
User and or development experience with CMMS systems (AMOS or equivalents).
Experience in oil and gas or shipping industry with a maintenance execution background.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Ability to work independently and quickly assess and prioritize situations.
Proactive, good interpersonal communication skills and strong commitment to a team culture.
Ability to supervise, motivate and mentor offshore maintenance team members.

Analista de Logística de Pessoal para trabalhar em Santos/SP (vaga temporária) 

RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN TASKS
Take all actions to guarantee all necessary documentations, and any travel arrangement is in place to attend approved request for logistic to the traveling person, visitors, authorities and the crewmembers.
Make sure all necessary registration of traveling people in the government departments or at the Client, and any other is properly done on the correct time.
Monitor the work provided by the subcontracted companies in order to guarantee the execution of the necessary service with quality and on need time.
Provide all necessary and on time information to Monaco team, to any travelling person and to the Managers.
Coordinate on a day-to-day basis the necessary logistic to all local person, visitors, authorities and crewmembers travelling, including:
International travel arrangements;
Local hotel bookings; 
Helicopter flights booking for all personnel to/from the Marine Units;
Coordinate the service provided by the crew change assistant (preposto) at the Heliport in all flight to/from the Unit
Maintaining and updating the Manning Schedule for the Units.
Coordinate the registration of all expatriate crew with the Immigration Authorities and ensure that all expatriate personnel have a valid visa prior to entering Brazil. 
Check if all personnel have the required documentation to go offshore and maintained electronic files.
On daily bases check if the invoices related to personnel logistic services are correct, sign it and release to the Finance Department immediately. Be on duty on the weekend/holidays as per schedule requested in order to assist any emergency requirement from the Units and Shore Base. 
24 hours stand by with the company mobile phone for any emergency call.
Control the expenses reports of all related to Personnel Logistics.
Assist embarks of materials hand carried.

Desirable experience in the Marine or Petroleum related industries in personnel Logistics. 
College Degree in Business Administration or relative
Fluency in English and PC literacy.
