Piping Designer
Responsabilidade do Cargo:
Reports progress to the Piping Lead Engineer. On assignment to the field, supports construction in drawing and specification interpretations, design modifications, scheduling, and system checkout and testing. Perform site surveys and data gathering exercises at various locations throughout the field. Prepare and check 3D Model and piping design deliverables. Responsible for design team activities and assisting Lead Engineers with resource scheduling and man hour reporting. Provide field engineering support to the site team during construction, installation and commissioning activities. Generate 3D Model using PDMS. Prepare all piping design deliverables such as Piping GAs, Nozzle orientations, Isometrics, pipe support drawings, Piping MTO, Tie-in schedule etc. Produce piping drawings and isometrics in AutoCAD extracted from PDMS 3D Model. Make field sketches, take dimensions and walk down lines Check and back check computer models and piping drawings Ensure compliance with CES and design standards to provide quality design Attend design model reviews as required Prepare bill of material Interface with other engineering disciplines Draw and update material and stress sketches

Piping Engineer
Responsabilidade do Cargo:
- Perform work consistent with Company Procedures, Quality Assurance Procedures, Safety Procedures, Corporate Engineering Standards, Department Work Instructions / Technical Guidelines; - To identify and write specifications for piping applicable to the Company's products (taking into account the Company Corporate Engineering Standards). - To use the appropriate software for analyses, calculations and design aids. - To recommend and follow all quality assurance and safety factors/requirements applicable to the design of piping. - To ensure that project documents on piping are accurate, checked and issued in a timely and efficient manner. - May be designated as the Project Discipline Lead Engineer (DLE). In this role, he/she will direct and supervise the discipline project team and oversee the work being performed by the team on the project; Define the manpower requirements and forecasts to meet the project schedule; Ensure proper coordination of personnel assignments and priorities with the EPM?s on the project;
Formação Acadêmica:
University degree in a Mechanical Engineering discipline
Experiência Profissional Anterior:
Previous experience in O&G market will be a plus.

Responsabilidade do Cargo:

Engenheiro de Processos (Engenharia Química - Santos-SP)
RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN TASKS:
• Provide technical support, on a daily basis, in relation to process queries and operability problems on the Brazil marine units
• Reviewing the performance of the process plants on the BMU in relation to optimisation of process throughput.
• Defining the functional requirements of the process related design changes and OQs that may become necessary during the life of field.
• Undertake process related studies to determine root causes of failures or underperformance and recommend remedial actions.
• Provide support to the FPSO/Operations Manager for offshore modifications of the process plants on the Brazil Marine Units.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
