Driller - DSL - Angolan Nationals
REPORTING:
Reports to the Toolpusher, Tourpusher and/or Senior Toolpusher.
SUPERVISION:
Supervises the Assistant Driller, Derrickhand, Assistant Derrickhand, Pumphand and Floorhands.
LOCATION:
Offshore Angola
PREREQUISITES / QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent. Work experience and demonstrated ability of oral and written communications may be substituted in lieu of formal education.
Successful completion of the at least one D-CAP Assessment (Onshore or Offshore)
Valid medical examination and vaccination certificates
Valid well control certificate
Knowledge of all technical calculations required for the safe operation of the drilling unit and basic computer skills
REPORTING:
Reports to the Second Assistant Engineer
SUPERVISION:
Supervises the Motor Operator
LOCATION:
Offshore location
PREREQUISITES / QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent. Work experience and demonstrated ability of oral and written communications may be substituted in lieu of formal education.
Valid 3rd Engineer Unlimited License (Class 3 Motor above 3000kW)
Valid medical examination and vaccination certificates
Knowledge of technical calculations required for mechanical operations and basic computer skills
BASIC FUNCTION:
Assist in maintaining and repairing mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment onboard the vessel
REPORTING:
Reports to the Bosun or Mate on tour.
SUPERVISION:
None.

Offshore location.
PREREQUISITES / QUALIFICATIONS:

STCW 95 II/4 (On self-propelled vessels)
TWIC Card (US Licenses)
BASIC FUNCTION:
Carry out cargo handling duties, general cleaning, maintenance, and other manual labor as assigned/directed.
Prepare and Paint all interior and exterior surfaces and equipment as directed by supervisor.
Assist Mates with carrying out preventative maintenance and inspections on marine department related equipment.
Carry out maintenance and inspections on equipment related to Firefighting, Lifesaving, Safety, and Watertight integrity.

BASIC FUNCTION:
Assist the Chief Mate and 2nd Mate in exercising control over the rig’s marine operations with due regard for safety of personnel, maintenance of rig equipment and protection of the environment
REPORTING:
Reports to the Senior Toolpusher or Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)
SUPERVISION:
Supervises the Driller
