About you
A secondary vocational degree or bachelor degree in civil or offshore engineering;
Work experience in water construction or dredging;
Willingness to travel for work;
Ambition to take on a management position;
A team player who is focused on achieving results and has strong analytical skills;
Advance to Fluent English. Native Portuguese speaker.

Head of Operations - E&P

Head of E&P assignments:
Manage the subsurface activities considering scope of the project and annual coverage provision;
Manage the budget by contrasting planned budget with spending limits and make adjustments;
Establish relationships with suppliers & service companies to maximize company's results regarding well data and seismic acquisitions;
Measure KPIs and, financial performance and Operational/Process efficiency during geological and geophysical operations;
Control the acquisition, handling, storage, formats and transfer of samples, well logging data types as well as associated supporting information (e.g. core data, directional data, picks, formation & hydrostatic pressure, etc.);
Assure the use of expert knowledge of Seismic data industry standards, licensing commitments and data/information management during acquisitions;
Coordinate geological support to drilling and completion operations, real time drilling monitoring, workover operations, well stimulation, and drilling production problem management.
About you
Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Geosciences or related field;
Can speak in Portuguese and English;
Accomplished skills in basin analysis, resource definition, prospect generation, and workstation proficiency / seismic interpretation (user of PETREL, GeoFrame (IESX, Charisma, CPS3, Well Pix etc.) and Hampson Russell;
Experience in drilling / seismic acquisition will be a plus.
