Tools Operation Analyst

Job Role Summary
Differentiated Ops - Tools Operations Analyst
Job Role Responsibilities
Provide and ensure compliance with the service availability levels and operations practices.
Provides deployment and distribution support to Wintel servers and clients environment.
Perform tool administration and support for WS3 and/or WDS teams and handling special request from other EMIT organizations.
Work with vendor support and engineering to find solutions to problems and deploy tool updates as requested/approved.
Achieve continuous operational processes improvement on tool support processes and maintain process documentation
Act as escalation point (L3) for other teams providing assistance on end-user critical issues involving deployment, performance monitoring and security tools, engaging the engineering or Vendor (Microsoft, VMWare, Symantec, AirWatch, Oracle, etc.) when required.
Incident Manager. Work with external groups to facilitate proper incident resolution/management to mitigate impact. Lead the initiative for detail investigation and support MIR closure when needed.
Coordinate with other teams to gather information on upcoming projects that may have an impact on tools or compliance
Collaborate with engineering teams evaluating goals established for terminal services environment as well as implementing changes on major infrastructure or design when required.
Participate as Tools Operations resource on projects, small work items, and initiatives which involve tools or components we operate.
Assist to maintain S&C documentation, processes and controls assigned to the teams.
Expected Level of Proficiency
English fluency on advanced level or higher (Read, Write, Speak).
Familiarity with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Securty & Controls guidelines.
Support and administration basic principles on Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, or higher.
Basic/Intermediate experience with Microsoft Active Directory Services, Virtualization and Mobility.
Prior experience as a Server Operations Server Admin or similar experience on server or infrastructure support area.
Communication skills (including the ability to understand highly technical concepts and communicate those accurately to a non-technical audience).

Functional TEST Lead

Job Role Summary
Test Lead is a key Quality Assurance position in projects, leading the test assessment, the creation of the test plan, test schedule, test case development, execution, and fixing for both functional and non-functional requirements. Can also be responsible for partner application, interfaces, rewrites and retirements that will take the work into cutover

Job Role Responsibilities

• Work with automation specialist for test automation development
• Determine non-functional testing requirements (i.e. performance, usability, penetration testing, etc.)
• Assist with test environment and data management
• Define and track Quality Assurance metrics including defects, defect counts, test results, and test status

Job Role Summary

•The Inventory Management team is a global team with presence in different continents.
•The Inventory Management team manages the inventory movements of Supply Chain in SAP. This application analyst candidate will support Inventory Management module in various SAP Systems such as: Inventory movements, Stock Transfer Order, Physical Inventory Reconciliation, Refinery month end accounting, Terminal operations, plant configurations, jobs interface support related to material movements, government reporting, inventory control reporting, and many more.
•Other activities: monitoring system health and supporting interfaces to other non-SAP systems; maintain system design, implementation and documentation.

•Responsible for learning and maintaining those configuration and customization settings which are the basis for the MM, IS-OIL, and Inventory management design
